You can download it by searching "Cheat Engine Download" and clicking the big green very sus looking download button. The installer does ask you to install adware and pups like MacAfee and another shitty anti virus but you can just decline it. But, if you are on windows 11 it will flag it as a virus because it literally has a file named hack tool... Once you get through all that "userfriendly" bullshit you can use the actually userfriendly tutorial that will teach you how to scan for integers and float point numbers. In this games case all you'd have to do in cheat engine is New scan for (your current power level) (lets say 94%) then next scan for a decreasing number when it drops to 93% and repeat decrease scanning as the power decreases until you see one line and its value is matching the in game power level. Then just change the value to like 10000 and then stare at chica on the cameras for 8 minutes.

In the custom night, if you want 100% you only need to put 1987 and 6969 but 1983 unlocks plushies for your desk.

I'd like to point out something about 100% completion.
I used cheat engine to beat 4/20 mode and everything yet I've only hit 90% completion I even fucked the donut. Is there something I'm missing or is 100% completion impossible?
